Using Analyzer 1.0

Analyzer 1.0 consists of two pieces, Collector for gathering data and the Analyzer for processing

that data. After you’ve run Collector, you use Analyzer to process the collected data.

Running Analyzer

Analyzer is used to perform an analysis and reporting of all the data gathered by Collector. Before

running the Analyzer, make sure Collector has run and generated log files for the Analyzer to

process. Then follow the steps to start analyzing software inventory.

After starting the Analyzer, the following screen appears:
