ISAPI Extension Settings
If an upgrade is performed, ISAPI extensions are allowed; however, if a clean installation is
performed, ISAPI extensions are prohibited. As the figure below shows, after upgrading from
Windows NT Server 4.0, everything is allowed.

If a clean installation is performed instead, and the Application role configured, everything is
prohibited except ASP.NET as the following figure shows.
