port speed should be set to fast unless a communications problem is experienced. To accept the

changes in this or any dialog form, exit the form with the keystroke <Enter>. To reject the changes,

exit the form with <Esc>. The COM port number and the communication speed are saved in the file

QUICK300.INI.

The first time that QUICK300 is run, it will set the CyberAmp to its factory default settings. When

the program is terminated with eXit, it will save the current CyberAmp settings in a file named

QUICK300.INI. The next time the program is run, it will restore the CyberAmp to the values in this

file. Note that settings of the CyberAmp made in other programs, such as CMD300, will not be

included in this file and will be lost when QUICK300 is next run. A DOS command line option

permits QUICK300 to be loaded without overwriting the existing CyberAmp settings (the /l option).

Return to the main menu with the keystroke <Enter>. Choose SetValues to display the control

spreadsheet.

Use <F5> and <Shift+F5> to copy rows and columns, <PgUp> and <PgDn> to

select.

Enter the CyberAmp gain

Each channel is represented by a column and each function is represented by a row. Using the

computer keyboard, the arrow keys, <Tab> and <Shift-Tab> move the highlight to the desired cell of

the spreadsheet. The bottom line provides help for each cell. The top line includes the name of a set-

up file, if one has been loaded.

The selected function is changed by scrolling or by keyboard entry. The <PgUp> and <PgDn> keys

are used to scroll through permissible values of the function. The change in the selected CyberAmp

function is immediate. Alternatively, the value can be entered from the keyboard, followed by

<Enter>. If the entered value is permissible, the CyberAmp will be changed; otherwise, the previous

value is restored.
