Save Settings… saves the current settings of the selected CyberAmp amplifier. If a file is already open,
the current changes will be saved to this filename. Filenames cannot be longer than 8 characters in
length, not including the extension. The CyberControl settings file extension (.CYB) needs to be
appended to the filename, or the file will not be listed in the Load Settings display of filenames.
Revert will display the saved settings of a loaded CyberControl settings file, and discard any changes
made since the last save.
Configure Port brings up a dialog to change the serial port settings.
Options brings up a dialog to enable background polling for overload status of the CyberAmp input
channels.
Exit closes the CyberControl program. While any changes made since the last save are not saved to a
file, the state of the CyberControl settings are preserved, and are used as the default settings when the
CyberControl program is reopened.
The Edit Menu
Copy From… opens a dialog, which allows you to selectively copy the settings from another channel of
the CyberAmp amplifier into the current channel’s settings.
Copy To… opens a dialog, which allows you to selectively transfer the settings from the current channel
to another channel’s settings.
The Device Menu
Device 0 - 9 is a list of all possible CyberAmp device IDs. Bolded items are CyberAmp amplifiers
which are attached to the computer. The active unit is selected by a check mark.
The Help Menu
Contents displays all of the available Help Topics for the CyberControl program.
Search for Help On…allows you to search for one of the CyberControl Help Topics by typing in its
name.
About CyberControl… displays the CyberControl version number, as well as the computer’s system
information.
Macintosh Menus
The Apple Menu
About CyberControl… brings up the About Dialog Box, noting the version number, author and owners
of CyberControl for the Macintosh.
Help… brings up the Help window, or if that window is open, it is brought to the front.
