Navigating within a meeting
Enter your company’s Live Meeting Web address.
• Click Meet Now Details to view the specific details of the meeting.
• Click Meet Now. You will be prompted to install Microsoft Office Live Meeting client if you do not have it on
your computer. You can also find the Meet Now button as an Outlook Add-In that you can use from Outlook
to create ad hoc meetings.
• Click Join the Meeting.
• Once in the meeting, you will see the menu bar on the top of the Microsoft Office Live Meeting client window.
The menu items in the menu bar are moveable panes. You have the ability to click a menu item and then drag
the window pane anywhere on your screen.
• Navigate through all of the menu items to see the available options.
• The Content menu allows you to share applications, documents or your desktop.
