To change the way you view contacts

 Click the Change View button , as shown below in Figure 3.3, and then select a view

from the menu.

To sort contacts by availability or show the Recent Contacts group

 Click the Change View button , and then click Sort Contacts by Availability or Show

Recent Contacts.
